Monday-Friday: 7AM-6PM

Weekends: 9AM-4PM

 

CHECK-IN:

Monday-Friday: 3PM-6PM (NO FEE)

Weekends: 2PM-4 PM (NO FEE)

 

CHECK OUT:

Monday-Friday: 7AM-10AM (NO FEE)

Weekends: 9AM-11AM (NO FEE)

 

*Pick-up or drop-off outside of these hours is available for a $25 fee*

REQUIREMENTS

TEMPERMENT TEST

All dogs attending our play groups or daycare must complete a temperament test to ensure the safety of all pups! We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive pups! This will be done during a trial 1/2 day.

  • rabies

  • distemper

  • parvovirus

  • leptospirosis

  • negative fecal float test

  • bordetella

(1 year vaccine accepted and please keep  out of daycare/boarding for 7-10 days after receiving vaccine as they can shed the virus)

 

We highly recommend your pup receiving the influenza vaccine!

FLEA & TICK FREE

Dogs must be on a regular flee and tick preventatives.

SPAYED OR NEUTERED

All dogs over 7 months must be spayed or neutered.

Intact puppies under 7 months accepted based on behavior!

Your pup must be registered snd licensed with the town you reside in.

MEAL PREPARATION AND LABELING GUIDELINES

To ensure your dog's meals are handled and served correctly, please follow these guidelines:

- Divide meals into individual portions

- Label each meal completely with:

 - Dog's name

 - Meal type (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner)

 - Date

- Use a Ziploc bag or a single-serving container with a secure lid
   (no plastic fold-over bags)

 

Apply this labeling procedure to:

 - Dry food

 - Canned food

 - Refrigerated food

 

Example:

[Dog's Name] - [Meal Type] - [Date]

By following these steps, you'll help us ensure your dog's meals are accurate and safe. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. 

 

If cancelled within 72 hours, your deposit will be credited to your account on file with us for future use.

 

If cancelled after the 72-hour window, you will be charged the full amount.

 

Please note that we have limited space and strive to accommodate all our guests. 

 

All payments will be processed at check-in. Any additional services (add-ons) or changes to your travel plans will incur extra charges, including:

- Last-minute changes

- Cutting your trip short

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

MEDICATION GUIDELINES

Before your dog's stay with us, please provide the following medication details:

- Medication name

- Dosage

- Administration schedule

 

Please note:

- Do not bag or separate medications   yourself

- Do not place medications in meal bags (including supplements)

- Medications must be in their original pill bottles with:

 - Your dog's information

 - Prescriber's instructions

 

Feel free to add any additional instructions regarding medications or food, and we will display them prominently for our daycare staff to review. This ensures your dog receives the proper care and attention during their stay with us.

LABELING BELONGINGS

To ensure your dog's belongings are kept safe and returned to them after cleaning, please label all items with a permanent marker or embroidery.

This includes:

- Toys

- Blankets

- Slow feeders

 

Our system keeps all your dog's belongings together, but with longer stays, items may be washed if soiled. Labeling ensures your pup is quickly reunited with their belongings after cleaning.

 

Feel free to bring any comfort items your dog loves, as we want their stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We welcome any items that will make your pup feel at home!
